At Charlie’s, our hand-pulled pork barbecue, beef brisket, barbecued chicken, sausages, barbecued pork Ribs, and Southern fried catfish is pit-cooked and seasoned on premises. We serve homemade, home-cooked food created from time-honored, family recipes!
Bulk and custom packages of meats and all of our vegetables, sauces, rubs, chicken salad, hush puppies and desserts are available. We will always attempt to serve you with the highest commitment to excellence.
Our full catering service, is a turnkey approach to your event. We provide all necessary items to satisfy your service needs. This includes all staffing labor and service materials. Which include but are not limited to all plateware, flatware, chafing dishes, ice, extras, etc. This service type is recommend for more formal events. This service provides a fully trained staffed for the entire event. (Planning, Setup, Service, and Cleanup)
Delivery and Set-Up
Our Delivery and Setup service is very economical with the service aspect for an non-formal event. We arrive and setup the entire event (in disposables, if you would like more formal setup and this service, we will add an additional charge for use of equipment and a return trip for the Pickup and cleanup)
Please note: depending on type of event there could be additional charges for tables and chairs, linens, tents, etc.
We have the capability to custom tailor any specialty menu to your satisfaction. We also provide on-site cooking as an option as well as other services included but not limited to the following:
Full Catering, Buffet style, Table service, Butler passed hors d’oeuvres, Bar service, Carving Stations and Action Stations, Delivery, Full Delivery to Specified Locations, Setup Included.
